Information You Submit
A search form sends the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that returns sponsored results. We do not save a separate copy of those searches on our servers. If you send us a message, we receive its contents and use them to answer you.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting systems create ordinary logs that can include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate use helps us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Data
We use this limited information to operate the service, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Murray, Salt Lake County, Utah, court, archive, library, and outside search services. Information entered on one of those sites falls under its policy, not ours. The same is true for the outside company providing sponsored search results.
Limited Data Disclosure
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the technical data described above. We also comply with valid legal process. We do not otherwise disclose visitor information.
Safeguarding Your Data
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only as long as their stated purpose requires. Since there are no visitor accounts, we store no site password or account profile for you.
Visitors Under 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted such data so we can remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, gives qualifying consumers rights that can include access, deletion of provided data, portability, correction, and opting out of sale or targeted advertising. Coverage and exemptions depend on the controller. We can check our contact messages and logs in response to a request made through the Contact page. Murray, Salt Lake County, and Utah records are held outside our control, so correction or removal requests for those files must go to the custodian.
